He states that the amount of interest gained by making a Linux/OS X version of a game is so large that it actually helps the sales of the windows-version as well….

This is so very much a W. Bush doctrine. I hope Obama does it a bit different…
But there are lots of places where this is happening. Just look at this page where a new fossil is announced. The amount of people that will use any excuse to say evolution is just a theory (or similar statements…) is just astounding…

A piece in the New York Times about the Story of Stuff, a movie the DailyDigital has written about before. I think it is a very important movie…
So, apparently, does the NYT! It is very encouraging to hear that this movie is making inroads into more and more classrooms in the USA.

The Conficker worm seems to pose a ever increasing threat to the whole internet…
This is very worrying. It pleads for M$ to just force some updates to the users computers. I hate to think about this idea, but this is getting way to big to ignore. The risks are just to big… :-(

I knew people have aquariums, of course. I would even like to have one myself. (But I don’t have the space!). But hat people would have aquariums without any fish in them (or rather, the fact that de aquarium is not about the fish!) is something I did not know…

This is only about the plants, or the ‘aquascape’. Some people allow some fish:

Obviously, this is great to look at… and sort of an ‘artform’, not unlike gardening… And of course you get contests…

The music industry is once again trying to kill itself…
It is trying to force Apple to pay, even for samples. Just keep on doing this, and you might make a few $$$ more – just before even the top-selling artists will leave you….
